When did you had the idea to start blogging ?

Well I first started thinking about setting up a blog for friends/family of mine that lived half-way across the US. After thinking about setting the blog up, I got an email from Mike, my fiancé, asking if I wanted to go hang-gliding with him (no joke) and since I have this "small" fear of heights, I came up with the title for my blog, Katie’s Crazy Ride. It just fit so well with how life seems to send you on a roller coaster ride! The next thing I knew, it just started growing and coming to life on its own!

What is your motivation to continue blogging ,

Just being able to go out there and post about whatever comes to mind. From wacky, crazy thoughts to things that actually make you think a little, I just let it flow!


Where did you get your daily blog inspiration from?

Not quite sure. The thoughts and ideas just come from out of no where and I just roll with it! I do love it when I see people reading my entries and commenting. That tells me that people are out there and they are listening! It gives me that extra fuel to keep coming up with interesting posts!


What´s the goal of your blog?

I want to create something that people find interesting and entertaining, but entirely in my own style. I just try to have fun with it and see where it goes.

What kind of people read your blog and who should read it? How are their reactions?


I think just about anyone could check out my blog. Whatever you’re into, you’re bound to find something here that catches your eye! I’ve been told that my site is entertaining, interesting and original.


Are there any posts you are excited to offer?


Just depends on what you’re into. If you just like checking out random stuff, I’ve got a "Random Musings" page that seems to hit just about anything. If you’re a huge "Lost" fan, then I have a fan-page called "Definitely Lost" with some rather good entries. I also have an "Entertain Me!" section that’s all about the arts and entertainment industry. So whatever you’re interested in, I suggest checking out that page.


Which of your blog posts had the most reactions from your readers?

I have drawn some nice reactions in my "Organized Chaos" page where people are interested in my writing or my experiences with it. My "Random Musings" page has generated some interesting comments as well.
