merkal2005: Hi Robert, please tell us about yourself

rrobert_ah: Hi Mert, I will say I am a success wannabe =) That sounds naive, and that describes who I am, a young person who is hungry to learn more knowledge and wisdom, from anyone.

I dream to be a successful person, having a prosperous, enjoyable life and more importantly I can become a person of influence to help other people build their lives.


merkal2005: In your blog you call yourself as "introvert". Please describe the world of an introvert for us.

rrobert_ah: By definition, introverts draw their energy from the time they spent alone, while extroverts by the time they spent with others. Often, introverts felt something wrong with them, they need to believe that they are normal, but shy, low self-esteem, selfish and fearful is not.

I'm putting myself as an "introvert" only to briefly describe my challenges, it's actually more than that, and I believe extroverts will also find some relevance with the challenges I discuss in my blog.


merkal2005: How did you manage to turn your limitation into advantage?

rrobert_ah: Wow, the answer will make an article by itself. The first important point is acknowledging and being thankful with your limitations, and then you can turn them into advantages.

Limitation grows your character, limitation helps you focus, limitation makes you hungry, limitation makes you creative, and one more thing, limitation enables you to help others with the same limitation.
That's what I'm doing with my blog.


merkal2005: What is the purpose of your blogging? When did you launch your blog?

rrobert_ah: I'd like to share my journey to my readers. That is the journey of learning and growing; that is the journey of achieving your dream your way. I believe that it is a journey worth sharing.

I am a person with limitation, but when I can help others too despite of my limitation, it is the sense of achievement that is indescribable.

I started blogging end of September 2007, and I'm getting my own domain on November 2007.


merkal2005: What are your future goals? Any suggestions to new bloggers?

rrobert_ah: I am still not certain about my goal on what I'm going to do. But I want to be a leader, someone who can bring a big vision into reality, someone who can lead and grow others. And hopefully I will be able to write a book about my success journey.

My suggestion, on whatever you are going to do, work on your character. Without character, you might be able to be a successful blogger but that will not keep you there for long. Give more and more value to your readers, and you will be successful.
