Halil: Why did you start blogging?

Jkaiseresquire: I was so overweight that I couldn't even keep up with my daughter. I knew I had to lose the weight, but I also knew that I had failed every other time I tried.

I thought that if I used a blog as a way to maintain accountability and honesty it would help me in this weight loss journey. Four months and 37 lbs lost later I am glad I did it!
