jmcmahon89I'm about to turn 40! I had a dream a few nights back that I was about to turn 20, then I realized that it was actually 30, then I realized it was actually 40. That\'s about how it feels!

I grew up around Boston, MA, and now live in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, NC.

Euripidis: Why did you start blogging?

jmcmahon89: My wife and I run this website called www.wisdomology.com, which allows people to discover and share wisdom. There are alot of amazing discussions on there about what's meaningful to people. Most of my blogging is either about what's going on with the community there, or participating in the discussions (all of your discussion entries flow onto your personal wisdom page, so it's like an auto-blog).

Euripidis: The top 3 blogs you read?

jmcmahon89: Guy Kawasaki is the only one I follow consistently right now.

Euripidis: The top 3 post you write?

jmcmahon89: Helen Keller quote: wisdomology.com/quote/view_entry/23

Pema Chodron (Buddhist teacher) quote:
wisdomology.com/quote/view_entry/292

Marcel Marceau: "It's good to shut up sometimes."
wisdomology.com/quote/view_entry/291

Euripidis: Where do you get your inspiration from to write?

jmcmahon89: From the community on Wisdomology. They have such amazing things to say. I believe everyone has untold inner wisdom, and that every person's journey is a series of lessons. People are sharing that inner wisdom, and those life lessons, and there's no shortage of inspiration there!

Euripidis: Choose one word to describe your blog?

jmcmahon89: inspiring
