Halil: Why did you start blogging?

johndilbeck: I've been blogging since before there was a name for it.

I started because I thought it was an interesting way to build websites easily.

As I learned more, and as blogs became more powerful, I turned to blogging because it is the most effective way to get your message out to the world in a way that people can read what you're saying.

johndilbeck: ProBlogger stands very high on my list.

I spend more time writing than reading, most days, however.


Halil: The top 3 post you write?

johndilbeck: I don't know how to answer this.


Halil: Where do you get your inspiration from to write?

johndilbeck: Generally, I write about things that I'm doing in building my business.

If I learn something, I try to pass it along to others.

If I make a huge mistake, I try to share it to help others avoid doing the same thing.
