Im all about music and independent artists. Im sick of mtv and huge music labels that suck the life and creative rights out of amazing artists.
The BeatPick site supports amazing indie artists who do not have the finances nor the marketing capabilities to promote their music. ..leaving no competition for big labels!
Beatpick works with Creative Commons;(CC) a non-profit organization devoted to expanding the range of creative work available for others legally to build upon and share.
Music is pre-cleared. License music easily, instantly and online.
Non-commercial projects use our music for free.
Music is released under a Creative Commons license. We split earnings 50/50 with our artists. They maintain full ownership of their creations.
BASICALLY: what we do for an independent artist is promote them for free, create profiles for them, album reviews - all of which helps us license their work for film, tv etc.
