I am 42 years old and it took me till i was 40 to realise what I should be doing with my life,
I had always admired beautiful works of art, but had been told at school that I was useless. so was disapointed. Then I found craft, I now am regularly featured in two popular craft magazines in the UK Making cards, and Simply Cards and papercrafts.
I have a sort of faith . I believe there is something more but no one on the planet is wise enough to know the truth.
My own personal philosopy on life is "The power of View" its not what happens to you its how you view it that makes the difference.
I am lucky enough to realise that I am the most important person in my life, If I wasn't in my life no one else would be. LOL
There are people who mean more to me than anything else in the world. my wonderful partner Richard who is my rock, and my soul mate. My amazing, beautiful and strong daughter Sam. and my so very very cute 8 month old grandson Jake who has brought so much joy into my life.
I thought I remembered how joyous the sound of my baby daughter giggling was, as it is my most treasured memory, but to hear that sound again just filled me to the brim with happiness .
I believe you should treat people as you would wish to be treated, and try to always live up to that, sometimes I fail.
I am fairty easy going but if I believe something is right or wrong I will usually speak out.but I am always willing to listen to the opposing arguments.
I believe that every human being is equal by birth but some lower themselves by commiting crimes, cruelties, and meaness on others, some raise themselves by being honest ,loyal, generous with their time and selflessly heroic .
The rest of us manage somewhere in the middle,doind small amounts of both that soprt of even themselves out. We all break some rules, we all can be mean, we all can be heroic in small ways , we can all be generous with ourselves at times.
So my aim in life is to View things positivly, treat people fairly and hoestly and aim to better myself as a human being < creativly, thoughtfully and generously
