My name is David Swadish I am 28 - from Hollywood CA, But I am living up in Orange County CA at the moment. I work for the District Weekly, Its a new entertainment Magazine created by 12 of the main people from the OC Weekly.

Euripidis: When did you start blogging ?

David Swadish: I started blogging in 2004 when a friend of mine introduced me to a site called myspace.com


Euripidis: Would you like to share with us the URL of your first post?

David Swadish: The first post for celebrity stop would be see here. It was a Bio for Hayden Panettiere from the TV series Heroes, (Save the Cheerleader save the world).


Euripidis: What is your motivation to continue blogging?

David Swadish: friends, networking, verification of information, recognition? I think it's a little bit of everything, I just enjoy blogging I have been known to blog till 2 or 3 am It's become additive, almost like a drug. They don't have blogger anonymous yet do they?.


Euripidis: What´s your inspiration source?

David Swadish: Daily life, friends, worldwide web... My blog is about celebrities, That is what I grew up with and what I am most familiar with. A lot of my friends and some of my family members including me are in the entertainment industry.


Euripidis: What purpose/intent do you want to achieve with your blog?

David Swadish: To put perez hilton out of business.


Euripidis: Choose one sentence to describe your blog?

David Swadish: A place to find breaking news and info on your favorite celebrities.


Euripidis: Who reads your blog and who should read it?

David Swadish: All sorts of people view my blog and I think anyone interested in celebrities should definatly read it.


Euripidis: What do you like most on blogging?

David Swadish: Communication, participation on different projects... This is a tuff question, one of the greatest aspects about blogging for me would have to be the freedom I have, I can write about anything with out any real repercussions and believe me, I have been know to say some mean things about celebrities. :)

Euripidis: How do you generate traffic?

David Swadish: I use pinggoat and mybloglog mostly, but most of my traffic comes from search engines like google and icerocket.com


Euripidis: What is the reason for visitors to return to your blog and become readers?


David Swadish: Most celebrity news blogs focus on what celebrity got a hair cut, or who is
dating who. There is more of a edge to my stories. I think people will notice this and want to
keep coming back to my blog.


Euripidis: Do you want to say anything to other blogger?

David Swadish: ping ping and ping, make sure your using a service like pinggoat it really helps bring in traffic. also link share, if you not link sharing your missing out on more readers to your blog.
