 <div><a href="http://www.peopleized.com/component/option,com_comprofiler/task,userProfile/user,64/Itemid,186/">Halil</a>: Why did you start blogging? <a href="http://www.peopleized.com/component/option,com_comprofiler/task,userProfile/user,889/Itemid,186/">rrobert_ah</a>: Inspired by friends! I started by journaling, but I find that in journaling, I'm not focus on what I learn, instead I'm writing about my feeling without concrete action to change for the better. 
 
Blogging forced me to look for what I can learn from my life experience, from book, blog, podcast that I read or listen. 
 
Writing is a way for me to declare a quality I'm pursuing (even if I can't affirm it right now), writing also makes the principle sticks in my mind, so that facing the same circumstances, I will be reminded to act the correct way.

I\'m a single guy, Indonesian, 26 years old. I live in Singapore, IT professional by day, blogger by night. My interest is personal development, philosophy and psychology. Here I\'m blogging about helping introvert like mine to be successful.

Halil: Why did you start blogging?

rrobert_ah: Inspired by friends! I started by journaling, but I find that in journaling, I'm not focus on what I learn, instead I'm writing about my feeling without concrete action to change for the better.

Blogging forced me to look for what I can learn from my life experience, from book, blog, podcast that I read or listen.

Writing is a way for me to declare a quality I'm pursuing (even if I can't affirm it right now), writing also makes the principle sticks in my mind, so that facing the same circumstances, I will be reminded to act the correct way.
