Belinha: My first blog ended shortly after I started. It was back in 2003 I guess. I enjoy writing fiction and children’ stories and I had several stories started. So I thought that a blog might help me fighting my laziness and end it. It did not!!!Also sometimes I felt an urge to write about a personal or a public event. One day I deleted it. I had several texts saved and now they are at the beginning of blog Palavras Cruzadas(= Cross Words). It’s an egotistic and individual exercise mainly. It’s mostly just private wanderings about anything that crosses my imagination or my life!TV, movies, politics, my nephew…whatever! And I do it just because I like to write. My other blog PAPELUSTRO is an illustration blog where I display collages. I made it to share my work with other people, to meet and learn from other people that also enjoys graphic expression. Euripidis: The top 3 post you write? Belinha: I do not understand the question. You want to know what are my 3 best posts ever? That’s quite impossible to say.I hardly remember what I answered back in 1.Kidding! But I really can’t answer.Oh, I have one I enjoyed in Palavras Cruzadas because it was totally fun. Blog PortugaemNatal is from a man that was born in Portugal but that currently lives in Natal(Brazil). So he posted a list of regional words from Brazil, 20 I think. I made a short story with those 20 words and manage to make sense! Euripidis: Where do you get your inspiration from to write? Belinha: I don’t know! From everything that surrounds me.(blog Palavras- Cruzadas) An experience. Something I read. A dream. It’s not completely controlled process. Sometimes I don’t wait for a subject to emerge or to have inspiration. I write because I feel pleasure writing or because I need to/I feel I have to do it. So I sit down and do it. Ideas flow as my fingers touch the laptop. I worked as a journalist for one year. When you do so you still have to write even if you don’t have/feel inspiration. The newspaper must be done.In my blog my priority is not to communicate with others, to give them information on a subject. So I think that I feel more free than those who blog for a niche of public. It depends on what your doing with your blogging I guess. It would be even more difficult to explain where do I get my inspiration from to cut and paste paper and create characters! ( blog Papelustro). Euripidis: Choose one word to describe your blog? Belinha: Palavras-Cruzadas – Messy Papelustro - Witty
