Ilker: First of all I would like to thank you for thinking about me for an interview. I will do my best to answer all your questions. However, I have very limited time so please excuse me if some are shorten than expected. I will follow the comments of this post and reply further questions from readers if possible.

Halil: Describe your person!

Ilker: My name is Ilker Yoldas and I'm 22. Currently, I live in Turkey.


Halil: What's your job?

Ilker: I'm a thinker, blogger, and freelance graphic artist. What more can one do?


Halil: Describe your blog!

Ilker: The Thinking Blog is where I write about things that I like, find useful, and ONLY stuff that I feel is worth sharing. It is about many of the topics that make me think!


Halil: Which category would you choose for your blog?

Ilker: There are 18 categories in my blog but the posts are full of interesting curiosities. It is sort of in the same category as Boing Boing or Neatorama but for thinkers.


Halil: Why did you start blogging and what do you want to reach with this blog?

Ilker: I started blogging about 4 months ago and it was just a hobby. I'm will consider blogging full-time if it becomes a success.


Halil: What does you motive to continue bloging?

Ilker: Passion! I love to share information with others and this is the most efficient way of doing it. My motto is "Knowledge grows when shared."


Halil: What experience did you made with your blog (reactions from reader) and which where your acmes?

Ilker: It is still too early to say but it makes me happy when I receive a comment in my inbox or someone faves my blog in Technorati.


Halil: What kind of people read your blog and who should read it?

Ilker: I think I've already answered this question: people who like to think!


Halil: Where do you get your inspiration from to write?

Ilker: Inspiration is everywhere. You just have to pause and think about certain things and that is what I like to write about.


Halil: I like the health categorie in your blog. In one article you write about the former Miss Wolrd Keriman Halis Ece and you finished it with the question: What is the secret to a long life? Have you got a secret for a long and healthy life?

Ilker: Haha. Well, it will sound cliche but sports, healthy food and right mind set really seems to work for me.


Halil: Which of your blog entries is the most valuable for your readers and why?

Ilker: That is a difficult question. I'm not sure but there are a few long articles that took me hours to write. Though, I have to ask my readers!


Halil: Would you post content from another blogger in your blog if it's good?

Ilker: Definitely. Why not? Content is king and when I see a post that makes me think, and if it's worth sharing -  share it with my readers. I'm also never scared to give credit link(s).


Halil: Would you like to interview someone?

Ilker: No. I'm swamped with work and my one blog is already taking too much of my time.


Halil: If these interview could been read by million of people, what would you want to say them?

Ilker: Keep thinking.
